* Get rid of all six.moves imports.

* Get rid of raise_from.

* Get rid of python_2_unicode_compatible.

* Clean up global six imports.

* Remove all usage of ansible.module_utils.six.

* Linting.

* Fix xml module.

* Docs adjustments.
