CI: Add ArchLinux, Debian Bullseye, CentOS Stream 8, and Alpine 3 (#4222)

Browse source 
* Add ArchLinux, Debian Bullseye and CentOS Stream 8 to CI.

* Add Alpine to CI matrix as well.
