Add GetFirmwareVersion command to redfish_info (#4900)

* Add GetManagerInventory command to redfish_info

Adding GetManagerInventory command to redfish_info, similar to
GetSystemInventory to report Manager specific information like:
- FirmwareVersion
- Model
- ManagerType

Fixes #4899
