Remove deprecated modules and plugins. (#1347)
* Remove deprecated modules and plugins. * Clean up BOTMETA. * Re-add _netapp doc fragment and module utils. This is needed by the remaining na_ontap_gather_facts module scheduled for removal in 3.0.0.
